4. HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER PLANT “Djerdap”, SERBIA - 2006

Preparation of the conceptual project of reconstruction (replacement) of electro-hydraulic drive of entry building of the dam, BPZ, "Djerdap 1".
An entirely new electro-hydraulic system for fast pre-turbine gates has been designed based on positive experience from electro-hydraulic system that PPT- Engineering  designed between 1969 to 1974 as original design during the construction of "Djerdap 1". The latest design solutions implemented guarantee the operation of the new system for the next 40 years.


5. HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER PLANT Djerdap, SERBIA - 2006

Production of hydraulic units (pumps) for oil transfer for "Djerdap 1".
Two mobile hydraulic units for transfer of oil with filtration were installed. Accompanying fittings, above all hoses, are adjusted for filling and draining of oil from large cylinders during repair works.


6. HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER PLANT "SANGTUDA 1"-TAJIKISTAN 2007

11. HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER PLANT “DJERDAP II”, SERBIA - 2009

Delivery and installation of two electro-hydraulic pump unit for emergency intake gate at the HPP “DJERDAP II” - Negotin in Kusjak.
Modernization was performed over the original electro-hydraulic power system developed by PPT- Engineering in 1987, by installation of standardized block for pump unit with flow of up to 200 l / min and pressure of up to 250 bar instead of previous components for control of pump pressure that were installed on pipes. All components are using the technology of logic elements and the filter on the pressure line is connected to the block using flange.


12. HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER PLANT "ROGUNSKA" TAJIKISTAN 2009

Production of workshop technical documentation for fabrication of equipment for hydraulic drive for control of gates in construction tunnels of 1st and 2nd gallery of  “Rogunska” HPP in Tajikistan.
Based on the technical task the project documentation for production, installation and operation of repair chamber gates and basic chamber gates (segmental and slide gates).
Project documentation was verified by an independent consulting company, after which the production of equipment started at the beginning of 2010.

Electric-hydraulic drive was designed to maneuver 1 emergency-repair slide gate,
with the software solution enabling it maneuver any of the 4 emergency-repair slide gates. The complete technical documentation was drafted for the hydraulic unit, as well as for the energy and control cubicles with the possibility to maneuver all 4 emergency-repair slide gates from the same hydraulic unit.

All hydraulic components are based on cartridge valve technology.

The equipment was commissioned in November 2015.

The hydraulic cylinder is a part of the hydraulic system delivered previously by PPT Engineering designed to maneuver emergency slide pre-turbine gate No1. The hydraulic cylinder with complete technical documentation was manufactured, factory tested and delivered.

The equipment was delivered and commissioned in September 2016.

34. HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER PLANT “DJERDAP II”, SERBIA - 2017


Modernization was performed over the original electro-hydraulic power system developed by PPT Inzenjering in 1987, by delivery of four standardized control blocks and four interface control cubicles at the last four of the eight hydraulic cylinders which drive emergency intake gates instead of existing control unit. All hydraulic components are based on cartridge valve technology.

The delivery of the equipment is currently under way (February 2018). The commissioning of all 4 hydraulic manifolds was completed in September 2018.


35. NAVIGATION LOCK  “KRASNODAR”, RUSSIA - 2017


The complete technical documentation was drafted for two electric-hydraulic drives for manipulation of a single gate at the upper head of the lock  and for two electric-hydraulic drives for manipulation of a double sector gate and two slide gates which enable the filling and emptying of naval lock chamber at the lower head of the lock. A project solution for motion control of the gates was developed based on volume-throttle control.

Each hydraulic drive is mounted on a steel construction (lifting beam) at the navigation lock and is used to manipulate service and working gates of the navigation lock.

Hydraulic drive is mounted in a water-proof stainless steel capsule to allow its function in a submerged environment.

The equipment was delivered in October 2020 and tested without being submerged in water in December 2020.
